Fees follow the investigation, not a plan sheet.
Prices below are starting points in Malaysian ringgit. Native-heavy apps, extra flavours, missing mappings, or a rush window before a Friday promote change the quote. There is no monthly product toggle.

What we need before a firm quote
Application ID, the noisy version codes, whether mapping files exist, and whether the work is Java/Kotlin only or includes native libraries. A sentence on which OEM you already suspect is worth more than a screenshot of a vitals graph.
On-site readouts in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor are included in the audit fee when we can travel the same day. Overnight travel outside the Klang Valley is quoted as expenses plus time.
What we do not bill as
We do not sell seats, annual “pro” bands, or a hosted crash product. Recurring triage is month-to-month desk time and ends when you stop the month. Deposits and refunds for booked bench days are described on the refund page.
