How we handle briefing and crash materials
Kernel Pulse Grid is the controller for personal data sent through this website and for contact details used to run an investigation. Crash dumps you share are treated as your confidential materials; they may also contain personal data if logcat was not stripped.
Controller
Kernel Pulse Grid, No. 29 Jln 2/1A Taman Kepong Indah,Kuala Lumpur,Wilayah Persekutuan,52100,Malaysia. Email info@kernel-pulsegrid.digital. Phone +60362740654.
What we collect
From the briefing form: name, email, chosen investigation, application ID, preferred call window, and the message you write. During an engagement we may also hold Play Console exports, mapping files, APKs, tombstones, ANR traces, and tester videos that you send. Server logs on the host that serves this site may include IP address and user agent.
Why we hold it
To reply to briefings, to perform the investigation you booked, to invoice, and to meet record-keeping duties under Malaysian law. We do not sell contact lists. We do not use crash materials to train a public model.
Retention
Unsuccessful briefing emails are kept up to twelve months. Finding packs, exports, and mappings for a completed audit are kept up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no invoice dispute remains. Invoices are kept for the period Malaysian tax rules require.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no remaining legal need to keep it. Write to info@kernel-pulsegrid.digital. If you are in the EEA or UK and we process your data while offering services to you, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Malaysia you may raise concerns with the Personal Data Protection Department.
International transfers
Email and file transfer may pass through processors outside Malaysia (for example an email host). If you send materials from the EEA or UK, those transfers rely on the processor’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard we have reviewed for that host. We will not move your crash exports into a public bucket.
