Terms
Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you brief Kernel Pulse Grid for crash clustering, ANR reading, pre-release gates, weekly triage, or OEM reproduction. They are written for that desk work, not for a hosted software product.
Acceptance
Requesting a briefing, confirming a quote, or paying a deposit for a bench day or audit window means you accept these terms. If something in a written quote conflicts with this page, the quote governs for that engagement only.
The work
We provide professional reading of Android crash and ANR evidence that you supply or that you grant us permission to view. Deliverables are written packs, notes, and conversations as described on the investigation pages. We do not operate your Play Console account, merge code, or guarantee that user-perceived crash rate will fall below any Play threshold.
Your materials
You must have the right to share application IDs, mapping files, APKs, tombstones, and tester videos. You remain responsible for removing production secrets from logcat before sending it. We treat those materials as confidential to your organisation and use them only to perform the engagement.
Intellectual property
The finding pack and notes we write for you are yours to keep and share inside your organisation. Our journal articles, website copy, and general methods remain ours. We do not claim your application, your mappings, or your crash data.
Calendars and delay
Audit clocks start when agreed exports and mapping files have arrived, not on the day of the first email. If materials are late, the window moves. Bench days cancelled without notice are covered on the refund page.
Liability
Crash clustering is an expert reading of incomplete evidence. Clusters can be wrong when mappings are missing, when Play has not uploaded traces, or when a vendor library faults without symbols. Our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost Play listing placement, lost GMV, or engineering time spent on a fix that did not land.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your place of residence says otherwise and cannot be waived.
